Optimum ✨precision and 🛠️Effizienz with HMS for CNC machining! In order to maintain the high quality standard of our machines, the head geometry must be checked regularly. With HMS (= Head Measuring System), we calibrate our CNC machines precisely and error-free.
Our hardware consists of a special support - with three sensors and a software management module - which is attached to the machine table. The measuring process is simple: a mandrel is attached to the machine spindle and the tool axis is positioned so that the mandrel touches the sensors.
