Health is the most important thing

It takes good health and a clear head to deliver first-class performance. That is why we are actively committed to the well-being of our employees.
All colleagues are invited to take part in our weekly gymnastics sports group. During working hours, some simple exercises are performed under the guidance of a physiotherapist. These contribute to physical fitness and keep the circulation going.
Naturally, we support ergonomic working at the desk. Free apples are also available to all colleagues throughout the year. Flexible working hours are also possible, depending on the area of responsibility. Maintaining a regular work-life balance is easy for our employees in any case: everyone is back home in the evening.

Good work must be rewarded. In addition to the Christmas bonus, we therefore pay out 30% of after-tax profits to our employees every year. We see this as a way of thanking each individual for their consistently high level of commitment.
Our working hours and remuneration are regulated by collective labour agreements in accordance with IG Metall. All employees also receive a travel allowance. Trainees receive a meal allowance.

Events and joint activities
Every year, we alternate between our Family Day and our Open Day. On these occasions, we also share our great passion for CNC machining technology with outsiders.
